How Do I Get UPoints?

There are several ways for you to earn UPoints from UClub:

  1. Registering: by registering and become a UClub member, you will earn 5 UPoints.
  2. Subscribing: by subscribing to our newsletters, you will earn another 5 UPoints.
  3. Birthday: by entering your birthday in your UClub profile page, you will earn 50 UPoints.
  4. Shopping: you will get 20 UPoints for your first order, and 40 UPoints for your repeat orders.
  5. Sharing: by sharing to your friend via Facebook or Whatsapp, both you and your friend will earn 10 UPoints, you keep sharing with more friends but there is a limit 50 UPoints in one day. Once you share to 20 friends, you will get an extra 20 UPoints.
  6. Friends' Ordering: when your friend place an order with the link you share, you will get an extra 20 UPoints. If your friend place a repeat order, you will get 40 UPoints also. Once your friends' order amount reach $3,000.00, you will get the final bonus 100 UPoints!

How Do I Use My UPoints?

Please follow below steps to use your UPoints:

1. Log in your UClub member account

2. Go to cart page, click the drop down list above cart button, you will see how many UPoints you can use for the cart item.

How Do I Share With My Friends?

Please follow below steps to share with your friends:

1. Log in your UClub member account

2. In your profile page, click Refer Friend and choose the way you prefer to share. You can share by link, Facebook and Whatsapp.

Why Can't I Use All My UPoints?

Currently, the maximum UPoints could be use for one order is 30% off cart value. Means you can get maximum $30.00 off for $100.00 order, $60.00 off for $200.00 order, etc.

Can I Use UPoints With Other Discount Code?

Sorry but no, you can use either UPoints or a discount code to place an order.
